Creative Services Manager

An iconic Bay Area travel and hospitality brand is looking for a project manager to join their in-house marketing team!

The Creative Services Manager will be responsible for all operations associated with the in-house creative department.

Projects include but are not limited to print, online, direct mail, collateral, and tradeshow.
You will oversee the creative studio staff and supervise all workflow - including creating and establishing a job process, making schedules, assigning projects, etc.
This person is also responsible for the day-to-day management of keeping a creative studio running efficiently - electronic and paper archiving, file protocol, ensuring supplies are current for printers, etc.

You will work in collaboration with the Sr. Graphic Designer and Port Marketers, set project timelines, manage workflow and meet deadlines/milestones, lead the weekly status meeting, set briefing meetings, analysis of work loads, keep all teams (Creative Teams and marketing team) informed of project status and proactively communicate any challenges that put a project at risk, recommend appropriate resources for each assignment, evaluate all operational aspects of department including creative hardware/software, make recommendations to Creative Director to improve process, create, communicate, implement and document all processes/SOP’s within Creative Services.

TERMS:
Must have 3-5 years of experience in an in-house or agency marketing or advertising department
This is a temp-perm opportunity
Talent must be able to sit onsite, full time in San Francisco (must be currently located in the Bay Area to be considered, no relocations are offered)
