This position requires strong leadership experience, project management skills, and an understanding of the creative process. Candidate has a minimum of 10 years of agency experience or has worked in a similar role within a corporation. The candidate must show strong team leadership, be a competent decision maker, manage internal and external resources to complete projects, and effectively communicate with all stakeholders. This position will oversee workflow for environmental graphics, print and digital production and multi-faceted communication projects. This lead role will be required to manage client expectations and ensure that projects flow smoothly from concept to completion within the department.

Manage Creative Services team consisting of designer, writers and production specialists and oversee assignment of Creative Strategies resources including Creative Services team and external resources, including freelancers and agencies
Represent Creative Strategies on Enterprise-wide projects, define size/scope of job and identify need for resources
Generate traffic and project management reports using select software and forecasting programs and conduct regular status meetings
Report to Creative Strategies leadership team with monthly project calendar and maintain communications with Creative Strategies leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure accountability on all projects
Develop processes to improve efficiencies within the Creative Strategies Group and establish bank wide policies
Manage external vendor relationships including contract negotiations, associated budgets, executing project briefs/proposals and critical reviews
QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of 10 years experience as a Studio Manager, Creative Services Manager, or Creative Operations Manager or a role similarly focused on overseeing the operations of a creative team.
Candidates with a background as a Director are highly desired
Experience managing both the creative workflow process, creative team and sourcing outside talent/vendors to augment on-staff resources
Demonstrated experience negotiating requirements or project priority among multiple, competing stakeholders
Solid process and people management skills
Strong sense of urgency combined with close attention to detail
Strong working knowledge of design, brand development and the creative process is essential
Ability to develop, implement, and maintain standards
Demonstrate ability as both a self-managed planner and a hands-on achiever
Multi-tasking and problem solving skills to effectively manage people and projects with strained and similar deadlines
Proficient in MS Office
Familiar with Creative Resource management applications
