Creative Services Executive

The Creative Services Executive will be responsible for the delivery of all assets within multiple campaigns to the relevant publishing channels, be it online or offline. Project managing from start to end while working closely with the entire Creative Services, Brand and Marketing teams. Also with some reasonability within the Creative Services for the allocation of resource within the Design and Copy teams.

Responsibilities:

-To manage a Campiagn that delivers multi-channel assets for publishing.
-CSL for a number of core campaigns.
-Ensure stakeholders are updated via GANT chart and assets added to Workfront (project management system) by deadline.
-Review assets on Workfront with CL address any missing information or issues - push back bad briefs / request extra info. Also look at resource and highlight any out of scope work.
-Check status of your campaign assets DAILY through Workfront, identify risks - address with stakeholder and work closely with CL to resolve.
-Ensuring delivery of all assets through all channels across each drop and when necessary help negiotiate extensions with final publishing channel.
-Field and allocate any emergency briefs or late briefs after deadline/ assess whether Creative services can accommodate.
-Monitor / report on workload through creative, art working and production.
-Pull weekly reports from Workfront to give clear overview of project status and circulate to stakeholders.
-Allocation of OFFLINE & ONLINE tasks on assets within campaigns you are project managing.
-Reactive solutions to issues that might arise on a campaign and escalate where required.
-Build great relationships with people across a number of teams.
-Reviewing processes within Creative - copy/design/image handover/shoot
-Continuely look to and improve business processes and procedures that improve the efficiency in delivering assets to all channels, Input into shaping the creative process along with the Associate Director of Creative Services, Senior Production Manager and Creative Services team.
