Creative Services Director

The Creative Services Director is the creative strategist for all client-focused and internal deliverables. He or she will be responsible for providing long term direction and leadership to the creative team. We're looking for someone with a strong background in print and digital media, strong working knowledge of the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry, and experience in material execution and management.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead a team of writers and designers as they create client and internal deliverables. Provide creative and managerial guidance/feedback on work product and advise on areas for improvement or growth
+ Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand client objectives. Brainstorm and pitch ideas as it relates to design challenges, innovation and development
+ Manage content development process, including copy writing as required. Establish copy standards for consistent delivery throughout our engagement with clients
+ Accountable for on time, on budget delivery of client creative materials
+ Responsible to develop new concept work from ideation through final delivery
+ Simplify complex data and processes into clear, concise communications that effectively achieve client results/goals
+ Act as “player/coach” to both lead the work and do the work

Skills & Qualifications:

+ BS/BA degree in Public Relations, Journalism or related field
+ 5+ years’ experience in team management
+ Graphic design background preferred, copywriting a plus
+ Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare agency preferred
+ Proven management skills
+ Detail oriented, highly accurate, and strong organizational and customer service skills
