Creative Services Coordinator - 3 month contract

Job Purpose:

• Keep and update a management information systems (light touch in some cases), to enable the department to forward plan resources, monitor the utilisation of resources against best practice, maintain records and reporting back on usage on a regular basis.
• Provide reports and statistical information when needed
• To monitor the utilisation of resources and maintaining records
• To work with and support the Project Teams to ensuring the smooth running of the Department including forward planning of resource and anticipating bottle necks/busy periods and work with CD’s and teams to plan for this
• Works closely with Sky Creative’s internal departments in order to deliver a streamlined end to end Promo process e.g. Operations team, Admin Team etc
• Take and handle enquiries about Ad Hoc work
• Maintain and update the Tier 2 campaign dashboard weekly

Key Accountabilities

• Entering allocation and project information on resource management system
• Pull together teams for new projects as required
• Owns problems through to conclusion
• Sets up, updates and distributes information required for forward planning, monitoring, holiday planning, peaks & troughs etc.
• Owns the internal Sky Creative ‘dashboard’ giving visibility of work in the department and monitoring new projects anticipating peaks, bottle necks and issues
• Responsible for introducing discipline and rigour into the working practices, with excellent time management skills
