Creative Scheduling Manager/Traffic

This role is responsible for proactively assisting Creative Leadership in efficiently distributing and managing all project assignments on both the East and West coast. You will need to work closely with Account and Traffic teams to understand the job requirements coming in for creative assignment and helping Creative Leaders make/balance team assignments based on their knowledge of individual workload and availability (understanding scope, number and status of jobs open.) This person leverages Time Works (project management application) to assign and keep track of the current workload within the creative department and communicates with all parties to ensure clarity.

  • Monitors and retrieves all new creative work orders from Time Works and ensures job information and project descriptions are in order.
  • Meets on a daily/as needed basis with creative and production leadership to recommend/make assignments.
  • Uses an in-depth understanding of deliverables and creative production to track workload in the department and gives advice to balance assignments within the groups.
  • Enters all assignments and revisions in Time Works.
  • Coordinates and communicates all team assignments to necessary parties.
  • Maintains budget for Award Shows. Tracks Awards calendar and handles entries.
  • Runs the bi-weekly Creative Review meeting. Schedules, consolidates the work,
    distributes the agenda.
  • Event planner. Acquires venues, coordinates catering. Monitors annual budget
