Creative Recruiter

Seeking a creative recruiter to help source talent for long-term creative contractors for multiple positions. This opportunity has the potential of being contract-to-hire. The candidate should have a great rolodex of Bay Area creative talent as well as skill in expanding your pipeline in a variety of creative agency-type rolls including design, art direction, copywriting, project managers, UX design, digital & broadcast production at all levels. 

The candidate will work closely with hiring managers to develop a strong understanding of the requirements of each open position to ensure that you recruit the right candidate to fit each roll. You will work with leadership team to ensure positions are adequately funded and help manage the budgets for each position. 

Responsibilities: 
* Work with hiring managers to develop a clear understanding of the skills and proficiencies required for each open position. 
* Get to know the clients brand and the type of work being produced by the creative & digital teams 
* Keep developing and growing a pipeline of important rolls on the team 
* Work with leadership to understand the budget allocations for each position and manage offers against that budget 
* Work with internal contingent worker team to make sure contractor setups and access is processed accordingly. 
* Help onboard contractors on their first day to make sure they are set up for success. 
* Work with executive team EAs to help schedule interviews and calls with candidates. 

Requirements: 
* 4-5 years of creative recruiting experience in the San Francisco Bay Area market recruiting for advertising agencies & internal marketing teams. 
* Strong understand of talent. You can look at portfolios and resumes and know who is the right fit for the roll. 
* Budget management skills. You will be managing finances in this roll, making offers, managing budgets, etc. 
* Very personable. You are a recruiter so you already are, but you should be adept at developing great relationships and trust with our creative leads. 
* Excellent organizational skills & follow up. Keep things moving and hiring managers on track in reviews. Make sure candidates are informed on the process through each step of the way.
