Creative Project/Traffic Coordinator

Are you a skilled and organized Traffic Manager Consultant looking for your next project? My client, a top fortune 500 financial company is looking for a Traffic Manager to join their Creative Services Team, an in-house agency responsible for the creation and production of branded content and multimedia assets. This project is for 3 months, on site in midtown NYC with the opportunity to extend if it’s a good fit! This role reports to the Studio Manager and will be dedicated to a project to organize and manage the upload of content to our new wealth management digital platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Find existing assets on Design Server for upload to Content Management System
• Work with Editors and Production Designers to edit existing assets or create new assets to fit new platform requirements
• Maintain status on asset list and keep detailed records of outstanding items
• Follow up with the Creative Team on job progress and with partners for deadlines/necessary information
• Troubleshoot daily issues with creative and production; identify and communicate any issues to the Studio Manager
• Collaborate with and support Editors, Designers, and Digital and Print Production
• Purchase imagery and maintain image log
• Ensure creative is within required digital specifications
• Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve project workflow


Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in traffic or project management in an agency, creative services or related environment
• Well-organized, independent worker with keen attention to detail and follow-through on requests
• Able to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be outgoing, proactive, friendly, and work well under pressure
• Self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks
• Able to deal professionally with members, clients, vendors and staff at all levels
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience/familiarity with Content Management and Work Flow Systems
