Creative Project/Program Manager

This resource will work with the marketing team within the Bookstore org to primarily support print production and signage in 13 stores. They will be heavily involved in the tactical work where they will decide copy, sizing, and cross-functionally gather input on creative execution to ensure timely delivery to all stores. This resource will be the primary point of contact for the Printer org where they will also manage print orders. They will be responsible for fixing issues stores have with signs and investigate signage issues. 

Great Candidates Will: 
-Have previous experience working with a creative team/agency experience 
-Be proficient with MFST suite (proficiency with excel) 
-Design background previously is a huge plus 
-Be comfortable with ambiguity, self-starter 
-Detail oriented, someone who enjoys tactical work (signage details need to be 100% accurate) 
-Comfortable with dimensions and has great Creative production acumen 

Team Culture: 
-Ambiguous environment where there are lots of new faces on the team, very tight knit group. This is a great role to take lots of ownership over work produced.

Services to be performed 

• Manages information and asset flow for marketing assets from request through design, printing, delivery, and re-ordering 
• Manages marketing asset delivery for new store openings and monthly changeovers, ensuring the right materials are brought into the store at the right time for store set-up 
• Supports program to provide accurate store-specific kits of signage and other materials required for new store openings and changeovers 
• Provides signage inputs for the weekly merchandising guides and new store launch guides 
• Communicates directly with store teams about marketing asset specific questions (e.g. missing/damaged signs) 
• Updates marketing asset design queue with information required for creative execution, including signage specs, unique identifiers, and due dates 
• Participates in the continuous improvement of marketing communication processes and implementation and documents best practices to maximize efficiency for the marketing team 
required skills 

• 2+ years’ related experience working in print production and with a creative team 
• Print production/design background 
• High Proficiency in Excel 
• Excellent written and inter-personal communication skills; ability to work successfully with all levels across brand
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves 
• Strong bias for action with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines 
preferred skills 

Previous physical retail experience in the print production process is a plus
