Creative Project Manager/Producer, Creative/Digital Services

If so, our client is looking for you. They are seeking a Creative Project Manager/Producer to become a key member of their Creative/Digital department. This role will oversee the flow of projects through the departments and work with fellow Creative and Digital staff, account managers, and vendors to keep creative projects on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will manage the department’s timelines, processes, and resources, keeping writers, designers, and directors free to focus on idea development and execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include

**Build and manage a traffic/production system/process for the Creative/Digital department
**Oversee the production of agency projects including print, digital, collateral, and signage materials
**Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of products to clients, the media, events, fulfillment houses, etc.
**Manage quality control
**Maintain current knowledge of available vendors for various types of projects
**Estimate production costs and secure production bids from vendors
**Work with creative and account teams to set production schedules
**Drive timeline milestones and alert teams of deadline and timing changes
**Generate production status reports and distribute to account and creative teams
**Work with media partners and designers to develop print/interactive ad traffic schedule
**Ensure accurate and timely ad placement
**Manage digital projects including social media marketing, content creation, website work, online advertising, and email marketing
**Ensure digital projects are well-managed and consistent with the client’s vision, budget, and timeline
**Maintain an organized system of filing and archiving final art files for all materials produced
