Creative Project Manager (Ongoing Need)

Our Brand and Mass Advertising Team is looking for detail oriented Project Manager's that will be responsible for maintaining and managing initiatives for the company's brands, across multiple mediums for our internal creative agency as we continue to grow and expand our capabilities.

As a project manager, the focus will be on managing numerous integrated deliverables for our business lines. The candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of video, print, and digital production timelines, as well as experience with graphic production and brand style guides. Also able to anticipate workload and the resources needed to complete the projects at hand. Working closely with the campaign manager to coordinate and support production teams in creating and executing innovative campaigns to achieve campaign goals.

To be successful in this role, this candidate will have the ability to seamlessly flex between managing multiple projects, owning schedules, outlining key milestones, and trafficking deliverables. A strong understanding of creative teams and process will be crucial and experience in a range of mediums will be key. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, implementing processes and interfacing with internal teams and external agencies. This role requires excellent project management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving, and strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter with a strong bias for action and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and provide guidance for projects. Additionally, this candidate will have demonstrated success in managing creative teams, identified and solved for competing priorities, and analyzed timelines to streamline deliverables. As well as a track record of on-time delivery of projects, and the ability to operate independently and autonomously.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Provide project/program management and guidance to teams, across various marketing and brand driven deliverables
· Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and anticipate and make tradeoffs to balance the business needs versus creative constraints
· Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with creative team members, media leads and senior leadership
· Proven track record of owning projects from start to finish and delivering successful results
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Expertise in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
· Able to navigate somewhat ambiguous situations, identify and solve for blockers, and know when to escalate to keep the project moving forward
· History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
· 3-5+ years of experience as a project manager/producer in a creative agency or similar experience
· Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
· Experience in Print and Digital Production

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience in integrated content production
· Expertise in all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Understanding of Localization process and timelines
· Knowledge and proficiency with Project Management tools
· Knowledge of video or photo shoot details and production timelines desired
· Knowledge of motion graphics and post production workflows
· Knowledge of Adobe design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
