Creative Project Manager

A global beauty retailer is looking for a Freelance Traffic Coordinator that will work on the Creative Team and support the Director of Creative Services as well as cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Routing creative projects (digital, print, retail)
- Trafficking / status reports on all live projects and assets
- QA / proofing of all assets to ensure feedback has been addressed and that they meet the brief or needs
- Putting together project timelines and schedules
- Collection of all project assets and files at kick off- management
- Update of project calendars and files (bonus if experience in basecamp)
- Liaising with cross functional teams (creative, marketing, CRM, web development, etc.)
- Staying on-top of deliverables for the day and following up with necessary parties when needed
- Doing status check-ins with the brand, CRM and eCommerce teams
- Knowing the status of all projects is key to this role

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Project Management on a creative team or agency
- Must understand creative projects across print, digital and retail
- Must be very organized, able to multi-task and be a good communicator.
- Knowledge and understanding of agency workflow processes
- Must be comfortable working in fast-paced environment
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Experience in Basecamp or other PM tools (SmartSheets, MS Project, JIRA, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.)
- Experience working for a beauty, fashion or luxury company/brand/clients is a plus
- Must be independent and able to take the lead if needed
- Must be able to work on your own laptop
