Creative Project Manager
The Creative Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all deliverables from the Creative Services department: rich media campaign production, sales materials, and marketing materials. You will work closely with the Creative Director in order to allocate resources to projects based on priority and project schedules.

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated problem solver to join the Ad Operations and Support team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical skillset, with the ability to prioritize and concurrently manage multiple projects and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong interpersonal skillset and is comfortable working alongside multiple departments to solve issues and ensure client related issues are properly addressed in a timely manner.
Work with Creative Director & Account Management to understand and document campaign goals and production requirements.
Oversee all project schedules, ensuring that tasks are clearly scoped and assigned in a timely manner.
Manage time and resources in an efficient manner.
Oversee and organize asset database for the Creative Services team.
Track project costs against budgets to ensure that we adhere to the scope of work agreed to in Creative Service Orders.
Efficiently manage the workflow of multiple creative projects, both internal and external, simultaneously.
Consistently keep all invested parties aware of production deadlines, clearly communicating necessary changes and updates.
Maintain knowledge of current mobile design and development best practices.
Prepare and negotiate timelines between Creative Services team and clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS =
At least 4 years experience managing multiple projects in quick turnaround environment(s).
Knowledge of the typical creative process between designers and developers.
Ability to translate requirements from high level client conversations to action items for designers and developers.
Experience creating and managing project timelines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain composure and professional communication at all times, particularly short production timelines.
Attention to detail is vital to ensure that all requirements are accurately communicated between teams.
RECOMMENDED SKILLS =
Experience in mobile web design or rich media production within mobile advertising.
Experience in mobile advertising.
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or After Effects.
