Creative Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate print marketing collateral and creative campaigns. This is a temporary role that will include Aquent medical, dental, 401K benefits.
Responsibilities include:
· Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of projects with internal departments and Creative department team members, as well as outside vendors.
• Manages multiple projects with increasing levels of complexity.
· Meets all deadlines. Proactively and consistently utilizes project tracking software for scheduling and archiving.
· Must be able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
· Ensures that projects don't stall because of unanswered questions or lack of information.
· Manages the approval process by routing artwork through various internal departments.
· Must have a strong knowledge of various print processes such as offset and digital printing.

· Excellent project management, people management, time management and multitasking skills are a must along with the ability to work independently or in cross-functional work groups.
· Strong presentation and analytical skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and vendors.
· Develops and/or adheres to brand standards and graphics standards guidelines.
· On occasion, will act as a team leader providing direction to team activities and facilitating decision-making process.
· Attention to detail and proofreading skills are a must.

Candidates should be senior level with 15+ years experience working within creative teams and have the ability to lead teams and handle complex projects. Candidates should have knowledge of branding, legal, regulatory and will need to be able to work across many departments. In addition, should have a good understanding of production and design.
Candidates should be self-starters, able to handle large volumes of work simultaneously.
