Vitamin T has a client with a long-term on-site position in Lisle, 40 hours per week

Description

The Creative Project Manager acts as a central point of coordination on multiple creative projects. The Project Manager will develop project schedules, track progress, coordinate resources, and facilitate team cooperation. The Creative Project Manager:

- Manages creative projects from start to finish, including print, powerpoint, and web projects
- Facilitates team meetings to ensure projects are progressing as scheduled, holds teams to project milestones and deadlines
- Sets up new projects in a job-tracking system and a production server
- Creates work estimates and production schedules to reach company goals
- Keeps project statuses functional and up-to-date
- Develops and implements standard operating procedures within the department
- Consults with clients regarding logistics and building timelines
- Manages the companies design libraries, photo libraries, and font library
- Identifies and implements ongoing improvement to processes, systems, and reports
- Effectively manages and uses project management software
- Works with vendors to acquire project specifications and keep
- Populates production folders with assets
- Does some production work like organizing job folders, generating pdfs, and formatting logos for different media
- Does some administrative and logistics work like scheduling meetings, filing, and organizing


Required

- Understanding of and experience with creating and implementing workflow systems and production calendars within creative departments
- Knowledgable about best practices for creative project management systems
- Experience working with print, powerpoint, and web project management and production
- Production systems for Print and Powerpoint media
- Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and a desire to work in a corporate setting
- Effectively manages and uses project management software
- Advertising agency or corporate in-house agency experience preferred
- Understanding of design software
