Creative Project Manager

We are looking for a creative project manager that can manage overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of our client's creative projects.

You must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive small to mid-sized multi-disciplinary projects from kick-off through execution, including: managing timelines and deadlines, running meetings, scheduling creative reviews, overseeing budgets
  • Anticipate, oversee and troubleshoot any potential problems within our creative and cross-functional teams, and manage implications in terms of priorities, tasks, resources and/or requirements
  • Understand and manage agreed-upon scope of project from concept to delivery
  • Exemplify clear communication, emphasizing transparency, collaboration, and shared goals
  • Work collaboratively with Video, Audio, Design, Copy, Creative Strategy and cross-functional partners as needed
  • Create, manage, and actively adjust project plans that set firm and realistic deadlines for each phase of the project
  • Prepare weekly/daily/as-needed status updates to all team members – high transparency and accountability expected
  • Consistently deliver on existing processes and always be improving upon them
  • Track and utilize campaign insights and recommendations during and post-campaign, so we are always taking lessons forward

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a Digital Production or Project Management role working in the creative and/or digital advertising industry (agency-side or in-house), content production, or related fields
  • Experience managing small to mid-size multi-discipline creative projects and marketing, sales, or artist initiatives with multiple cross-functional partners, and ensuring successful delivery for all parties involved
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills, cool under pressure, meets challenges bravely, high level of adaptability, flexibility, and resilience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across different audiences and partner teams
  • Outstanding collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in order to establish and meet shared organizational goals
  • Ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong understanding of advertising on all platforms, web, mobile, tablet
  • Passion for creative production, advertising and design
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
