Creative Project Manager

Responsible for managing internal projects from initiation through delivery, including planning and budgeting, status reporting, resource management, and related troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure completion of assigned projects on schedule and within budget. At the higher levels, the project manager manages multiple and/or complex projects. 
Institutionalize the Brand Project Management planning framework, including project scope and information gathering, appropriate use of project management tool (and ensuring receipt of project brief), scheduling and resourcing, internal and external kick off meetings, working sessions, internal/external reviews, continuous project updates, to final delivery. 
Proactively manages complex projects to ensure all parties are fully briefed, understand the work process, roles and responsibilities and time lines to ensure efficient and effective delivery. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 
Develops and maintains project plan and schedule utilizing appropriate software. Assists team members in planning, estimating, and controlling tasks. Ensures that interfaces are recognized and tasks are integrated. Performs critical path analysis and develops action plans to mitigate risk. Identifies and implements alternative solutions. 
Defines project resource plan, including internal and contract resources. Collaborates with the project owner to identify RACI and outline the approvals process. 
Communicates schedule and monitors timeline, communicating any scheduling changes and/or updates. Monitors project to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters. 
Effectively contracts and communicates with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with brand communications team and asset delivery. Works proactively with the partner to resolve critical issues. Develops strong partner and stakeholder relationships and maintains effective communication channels. Consults with others on development and execution of project plans. Defines practices and processes for managing partner and stakeholder expectations. 
Effectively leads and manages internal and external project resources. Collaborate with Brand Creative Team Functional Managers to identify priorities and resources. Delegates and empowers others and removes obstacles. Maintains open communication among project team members and leads project review meetings. Instrumental in helping team members establish healthy, collaborative relationships. Maintains enthusiasm, energy and focus in a variety of circumstances. Makes sure every team member is on board and moving in the right direction. 
Manages conflict between teams and across organizational lines with the intent to deliver on time, within budget, and to scope.
