Creative Project Manager

Looking for a Creative Project Manager who will direct and coordinate day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client on assigned accounts. This person has the responsibility for leading the client service effort, as well as the requirement of day-to-day project management. This will be contract to hire position, 40 hours a week.

Must Have:
- Experience in Agency environment 3+ years
- Experience in Account Management (advertising, digital, production, creative)
- Passion and love for all things advertising/Marketing
- Ability to multi-task and run multiple projects
- Experience in production of content and entire production cycle (from concept through production to completion)
- Background dealing with motion graphics, social content, video/ print/digital, display ads, etc.
- Expertise in running integrating marketing campaigns
- Great client-facing experience

Four areas of responsibility:

1.) Planning, Analyzing, Evaluating
- Develop workable budgets, work plans and realistic timetables
- Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Director on preparation of marketing recommendations, strategies and actions for the client
- Review, analyze and evaluate the following, relative to the client’s needs and objectives: media output, creative output, research reports and client data
- Define project scope, estimate and write proposals, work with production in the creation of project specifications, costing and timelines

2.) Team Leading, Coordinating, Managing
- Provide leadership within the agency on behalf of the client and prepare all work requests, client briefs
- Monitor all budget, research and production activity on assigned accounts
- Maintain communications with appropriate agency and client personnel to ensure positive workflow
- Keep project status reports up to date; present results weekly to client

3.) Project & Product Management
- Manage client projects from start-to-finish, ensuring successful project completion against deadlines
- Project quality assurance - testing and review of output, reviewing outputted deliverables against scope
- Source assets from clients, other agencies and third party suppliers
- Facilitate direct contact or insulate our staff from direct contact, as needed basis

4.) Marketing & Sales
- Lead and manage new business presentation development, as assigned
- Arranging sales and creative presentations and meetings
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities within current client portfolio
- Work with clients to sign-off submitted work
