Project Manager, Creative (On site Freelance to Full-time)

This role requires you to be articulate, well organized, and anticipate needs before they happen. It requires a self - starter, someone who knows
how to push the buttons and work alongside an array of different personalities. You will help to motivate the team, being pulse lowering during
times of high stress, averting potential disasters and being central to giving people the right information at just the right time. Great listening
and communication skills are also incredibly important.

Must interface well with merchants, product development, web, art directors, copywriters, project managers, production staff, CEO and CCO.
Must be able to take direction and work closely with Project Director of Creative and Creative Director (you will be their right hand person).

responsibilities:
To support the creative design team, keeping multiple small to medium sized projects tracking at once, managing timelines and creative,
handling all of the details from top-to-bottom. You keep the big picture front of mind, but also get down into the weeds. A flexible approach
is a must in this role and environment.

Manages an array of creative projects that include:

Catalog: guide to the world of RH, presenting furniture, lighting, decorative accessories and textiles in aspirational lifestyle settings. The Furniture Resource Guide provides a comprehensive guide to the product assortment in an easy-to-shop format. Marketing: store announcements, in-store promotions, look books for product specific categories, product books for trade and contract teams, design collateral for gift registries, seasonal ad campaign that appears in national magazines.

PR: look books to promote seasonal hot list, collateral to promote new store openings and company initiatives.

Web:

- Seasonal or event driven emails on a seasonal basis.
- Has knowledge of print production and retouching.
- Monitors and provides guidance on brand identity organization-wide.
- Maintain a cohesive brand identity across print, web, digital media and promotional materials.
- Prepares for internal meetings, which may include but is not limited to: planning content, assist and oversee all presentation of materials, communicate concepts visually and verbally.
- To become familiar with entire seasonal product assortments and understand product features in order to effectively communicate these benefits/ features to the consumer via marketing materials.
- Refine and maintain a project archive.
- Help review talent portfolios.
