Creative Producer

Consumer marketing is an integral member of the Retail Marketing group at this top tech company. In this position you will help lead, develop and execute marketing communication plans ensuring creative objectives are well defined and appropriately executed to achieve desired results. Your key responsibilities include strategizing and executing device screen content for product and campaign launches. You will also be responsible for managing external agencies, sourcing localized product reviews and localizing screen content. You will work collaboratively with cross functional teams in areas of communications strategy, messaging integration across outputs (web pages, emails, banners), ensuring everyone is kept up to date on all key deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
* Shepherd projects through the ideation, design development and execution process by coordinating the Merchandising team, Interactive Design team, Creative team, UX and engineering.
* Collaborate with category managers to strategize appropriate screen content for product launches.
* Manage external agencies/vendors to execute projects on time and on budget.
* Plan projects, define milestones, assign resources, assess risks, and help projects meet business objectives, deadlines and budget requirements.
* Partner with Creative Producer team to plan and project quarterly budgets and ensure funding and spend are on track to meet budget expectations, flagging any over/under spend trends to upper management.
* Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, asset management, etc., and implement or drive required changes to make sure team is working at optimum efficiency.
* Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities. Proactively identify risks, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely manner.
* Liase with the UX, Eng and Retail Operations team and establish on-going improvement and maintenance plan for site features.


Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in creative agency or in-house creative team in a creative or strategy role.
* Bachelors degree is required
* Go-getter, self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to communicate constraints and risks, while providing solutions simultaneously.
* Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, and techy work environment, in often uncertain and ambiguous circumstances.
* Proven ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence, and drive results throughout a highly matrixed organization.
* Must have superlative written and verbal skills as well as strong presentation skills.
* Must be able to support, understand, and enhance the creative process.
* Must be able to balance working in a creatively driven organization, with an analytical and disciplined approach to marketing.
* Must be resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results oriented with high energy and a positive attitude.
