Job Title: Creative Producer 
Duties: As the Marketing organization continues to grow, we're looking for a Creative Producer to join 'The Studio' in our London office focusing on the LATAM region. 'The Studio' is a team that designs product and program identities, creates product launch assets, builds marketing campaigns, and develops collateral for internal and external events. The ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver that has an eye for great creative work, talent, and the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. Additionally, the Creative Producer must be a strong, clear communicator, a team player, and proven ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver world-class creative work. Responsibilities 

Work with creative teams to select and onboard the right external partners to up-level creative work. 
Define project schedules and manage calendars for highly specialized creative workers, including both internal creative teams and/or external partners. 
Create RFPs for creative agencies and bid production companies, pitches, treatments, budgets, project schedules and distribution plans. 
Expand roster and network of creative partners in LATAM region. 
Source contractors in LATAM region for specific projects. 
Build and manage systems for localization of assets, including translation and transcreation. 
Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parameters 
Manage external vendor relationships (illustrators, photographers, design firms, production companies, creative agencies etc.) 
Manage all stages of campaign production (brief, shoot, edit, animation, casting, post production etc.) 
Work closely with Business Affairs, sourcing, legal, comms and policy to ensure that all materials are vetted at the right stages of production. 

Skills: 
8+ years producer experience, creative agency or production house experience. Experience running large, complex international projects with multiple stakeholders. 
LATAM experience including some knowledge of vendors, partners and agencies within key markets including Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. 
Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish. 
Experience working with Product Marketing and understanding client objectives. 
Experience with Business Affairs and legal aspects of production. Understanding of contractual agreements and talent negotiations. 
Experience managing external creative and production partners and fostering network. 
Able to manage multiple projects across disciplines. Knowledge of live action video, digital, animation and print formats.
Able to build strong working relationships with core and cross-functional teams. 
Ability to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced, ambiguous and changing environment. 
Organizational task and budget management skills. 
Proven industry experience and recognition.
