Creative Producer

Seeking a Creative Producer who is a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a disciplined approach to project management. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production processes across all Client Services. You are a champion of the creative process and have a deep knowledge of the process from ideation to trafficking.

You are the type of individual that thrives in environment that requires you to bridge creative and technical needs. You have an innate ability to balance timely creative delivery with thoughtful execution. Your ability to understand and guide the creative and media processes is deeply engrained.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage cross-functional global communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables
• Ability to effectively manage and clearly communicate overall campaign production timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs
• Deep project oversight to ensure that we eliminate time sensitive bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative with appropriate velocity
• Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production issues
• Coordinate and lead on boarding, kick off, and ongoing meetings to ensure teams are highly aligned throughout the entire campaign lifecycle
• Work closely with production and media teams to analyze trends and determine paths that lead to creative innovations and more efficient workflows
• Define, negotiate, communicate, implement and monitor technical quality standards and creative integrity on all project deliverables
• Integrate closely with internal and external trafficking teams to ensure that all deliverables are implemented correctly, efficiently, deadlines are met, and executions are flawless.
• Plan and manage internal and external digital production communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables.
• Ability to proactively identify and solve for potential challenges in the creative and production processes. Ability to effectively manage expectations, when necessary.
• Strong ability to identify and connect project stakeholders
• Proactively leads post mortem discussions and identifies learnings to ensure that campaign projects improve over time.
• Ability to craft briefs to ensure that key internal and external stakeholders are aligned.

Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of advertising production experience specifically with image, film, video that can lives across all mediums and platforms
• Expert knowledge of advertising specifications and production processes across traditional, digital, and social formats.
• Deep familiarity with media plans and a strong ability to identify opportunities for efficiency, as well as, opportunities for innovation.
• Strong understanding of Ad Serving, Creative Production, and Publisher ecosystems
• Strong relationships with various production houses with the ability to evaluate and articulate strengths and weaknesses.
• Ability to understand creative intent and proactively organize partners to bring creative ideas to life.
