Aquent's client, a large tech company headquartered in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Creative Producer for a 12–month assignment at their San Bruno location.

In this assignment, you will be working with one of the most beloved and recognized brands in the world, defined by freedom, creativity, and fun. With a growing number of users and products, it’s never been more crucial to define, defend and grow their brand in the right way. As the Marketing Creative Producer, you’ll be integral in these efforts.

We’re looking for someone with an impeccable eye for detail, strong communication skills for working with internal and external partners, the ability to articulate and implement feedback, and successfully manage projects from start to finish.

Top 3 daily responsibilities
1. Ability to comprehend brand values, vision and applications, accurately guiding all projects to ensure they ladder into brand philosophy
2. Maintain detailed financial tracking and reporting on a weekly basis
3. Review and negotiate production bids

Overall Responsibilities
Implement a strategic approach to managing, tracking and successfully deploying projects, including:
-Develop and maintain a weekly production tracker against all assigned workstreams
-Coordinate weekly cross-functional status meetings, providing daily and weekly action items to meet project timeline/goals
-Partner with agencies, implementing work flow process and organizing weekly check-ins to monitor project progression to ensure projects are on track
-Facilitate leadership check-ins at key project intervals to gain feedback/approvals in a timely manner Create weekly snapshot updates on all core brand activity
-Liaise with legal from project start to completion, making sure all materials are cleared for externalization
-Implement Brand Hub, including creative archive process
-Manage 3rd Party Clearances
-Work with business affairs, supplier sourcing and agency relations to negotiate rate cards and contracts

Required Qualifications
BS/BA degree in any field
6 or more years of integrated project management marketing experience, including brand management and creative agency experience
Prior experience with large-scale global roll-outs
Excellent written and oral communication skills with peers, management, 3rd parties, and cross-functional teams; experience managing multiple internal senior level relationships
Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making as well as a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
Strong project management skills expertise, including the ability to establish and manage timelines effectively
Experience managing external creative agencies & vendors, managing international projects and managing budgets
Proven team management and leadership skills
Ability to deliver quality outputs in an exciting and dynamic environment with an ability to work on tight deadlines

Nice to Have
Design experience including the ability to use Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
