Creative Process Manager

Our Fortune 500 Client located in Rolling Meadows, IL is seeking a Process Manager for an exciting opportunity!

In this role you will:

Day to day oversight of a process. Involves collecting data, measuring performance against requirements and reporting process performance to senior leadership and executives. Responsible for process infrastructure and centralized oversight. Identifies and implements process improvements and drives issue resolution/risk mitigation activities. Develops and maintain formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams. Acts as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions. Works closely with extended team to understand the theme, objective and desired goals of each piece. Conducts intermittent reviews of marketing materials to ensure technical and product information accuracy.

Responsibilities:

(75%) Manage workflow of marketing materials to obtain Legal/Compliance approval
• Conduct meetings to resolve questions on comments from stakeholders on marketing materials
• Maintain and analyze metrics on process to obtain approvals on marketing materials
• Participate and lead continuous process improvements in approval process
• Participate in effort to expand role’s workflow to cover the entire development process for marketing materials

(25%) Review marketing materials as needed to ensure technical and product information accuracy
• Balance multiple projects that include internal communications, direct mail, posters, collateral, e-mail and Web content

Basic Qualifications:
• 2 Years of process management experience
• 2 years of experience in MS Office: MS Word (knows how to use red-line tracking feature), Acrobat, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• 2 years Technical Editing experience with extensive subject matter expertise. AP Preferred editing style. Pass Editing Test/Assessment.
• Portfolio of high-visibility advertising campaigns, global company collateral, fact sheets, technical documentation, web content, proposal, videos, broadcast
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multiple-deadline-driven environment that encourages feedback and fast turnaround
• Financial Services subject matter expertise (credit card and/or banking highly preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project management certification
• 1 year of experience in Compliance or Risk Management
• 2 years of experience in Relationship management
• Agency or advertising experience
