Creative Operations Project Manager

We are looking for a Creative Ops PM for our Fortune 500 footwear retail client. The Creative Ops PM is a tactical, organized, positive team player responsible for delivering project objectives and deliverables. They own the day-to-day project schedule, and manage project costs, timelines and quality while remaining flexible and focused on delivering the best creative solutions. This will be a one year contract initially.

Responsibilities:
• Creates and seamlessly updates the day-to-day project schedule to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. Iterates and reassesses throughout the design process to keep designers moving forward and deliverables on track
• Obsesses the asset grid and manages to the timely deliverables of all assets
• Serves as the project communications hub, and facilitates connection to identify solutions and gain alignment
• Fosters a strong partnership with Category Operations to frequently calibrate deliverables with scope
• Responsible for tracking and managing project budgets
• Raises risks and opportunities to Creative Ops Director
• Coordinates and manages outside vendors and agencies
• Coordinates and manages photo shoots
• Coordinates and manages design, production and build for Amass Awesome activations
• Processes invoices and requests PO’s
• Tracks Creative Review deliverables, assisting the design team as needed
• Partners with content specialist to publish all final assets
• Responsible for keeping project tracking Smart Sheet up-to-date and accurate
