RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Softlines PD team in day-to-day operations with focus on project management responsibilities, process improvement and special projects.
• Coordinate LOB product development process timelines
• Establish regular updates with LOB and Project Management teams to review progress and highlight key issues
• Coordinate communication between key stakeholders in process
• Demonstrate aptitude with all necessary systems, e.g. D-Room, OPA, AWC and processes such as asset acquisition, invoice processing, etc.
• Begin development of strong relationships with TWDC stakeholders, e.g. DCP, Pixar, WDFA, Disney Channel as well as internal and stakeholders
• Coordinate 3rd Party Approvals
• Track budgets and provide regular updates to LOB and Project Management teams
• Identify/assign internal resources and external vendors
• Process and coordinate payments to vendors
• Prepare status reports as required
• Effectively identify, understand and communicate key concepts critical to the project management process
• Provide analysis and research to develop appropriate solutions to recurring issues




EDUCATION:
• College degree; Project Management certification a plus



REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years Project Management experience, preferably in Retail or Licensing
• Strong initiative
• Excellent time management skills and ability to support multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong teamwork
