This position is responsible for managing day to day creative projects and process for Integrated Retail accounts. You will partner and communicate with marketing and teams. You will set the tone and expectations on every project in order to deliver the most compelling at retail creative.
Manages each step of work flow, from job start activation, execution, approval to delivery and beyond ensuring business needs are being met resulting in brand elevated retail experiences. Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed to meet changing needs and requirements. Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and key stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
o Drive projects forward. Identify risks and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Prioritize projects based on business objectives and resources
Communicate clearly and in an effective manner with internal creative team, internal partners and outside agency.
Partner with key account stakeholders and establish working relationships
Manage timelines and milestones.
Review creative job starts for accuracy and obtain necessary details
Deadline driven, very organized.
Supports the Manager, Creative Operations as needed.
Able to handle multiple projects with ease and tact.
o Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
o Responsible for ensuring the teams know and understands the project vision, manage expectations.
o Responsible for upholding standards and best practices methods
o Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
o Builds, develops, and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders vital to the success of the project
o Manage vendors / vendor resources to meet agreed upon deliverables.
o 5+ years project management experience in retail, studio or agency with print production knowledge. (Experience in digital a plus)
o Demonstrated competency in project management and the execution of multiple or large projects
o Strong attention to detail and focus
o Able to work in fast-paced environment. Ability to set and manage priorities
o Able to work with and support cross-functional teams
Print production/ Retail background
Bachelors or equivalent work experience.
