Accountable for careful control of all projects thru the creative workflow and development of detailed creative traffic timelines across projects and Floorset activities simultaneously, from inception to launch. Drives dialogue and milestones, and closely monitors each project to ensure thoughtful handoffs and work completion without interruption, delay, or risk to in store delivery. Engages daily with Creative & Ops leaders to continually align, prioritize, and re-prioritize.

- Works with Director, Marketing Ops to enter key seasonal plan milestones to launch new Floorsets into FileMaker Pro / Ensures milestones represent every functional delivery for each project- Accountable for driving Creative Marketing Milestones and Deliverables across 2D & 3D Production, Visual, Design, Copy, Photo Shoots / Video, and CRM functions; guides Traffic Coordinators and Creative Leaders (Design, Visual, Copy) thru the change management process; Continuously offers insights and recommendations to increase efficiency and proposes solutions to keep projects on track without risk to delivery

- Moves projects through the creation and approval stages, and monitors work-in-progress to ensure production schedules are on track; analyzes workload in terms of project quantity, complexity and deliverables to avoid bottlenecks; Coordinates (daily) with Creative team to ensure balanced workload across team members and edits ownership as needed to ensure timely completion

- Schedules and facilitates Daily Status Meetings and publishes agenda 24 hours in advance to all Marketing attendees, with focus on driving a two week project view

- Alternates with team to cover Traffic function during Monday night meetings in bi-weekly basis
