Creative Marketing Specialist

Our client is looking for a Marketing specialist to work on-site part-time but this need may turn into full-time/more hours later down the road. The main role is to support Creative Marketing manager with website design/maintenance and project management, rudimentary print and web graphics, brand collateral, forms and lease agreement design and maintenance, online reviews management &
responses, design signage and banners. Must be able to oversee creative and web related projects and interface with and manage outsourced vendors for all digital channels including web development, social media, email marketing, company blog, and SEO. Some technical project crossover required. Work alongside creative and marketing manager to leverage digital marketing channels that help drive traffic to the website. Coordinate and facilitate all creative requests for corporate office and our facilities. Convey and maintain established brand
identity.

Website:
Create mockups, graphics and other elements. Use proprietary content management system to update website content,
banners, etc. Manage all website projects and coordinate with web development team for implementation. Work with SEO team on initiatives and website performance.
Graphics/Signage:
Create and expedite facility signage, banners, business cards, forms, window vinyl, marketing materials. Coordinate with commercial printers. Other creative requests from corporate, owners, and facilities as needed.
Online Reviews Management:
Manage and respond to reviews posted in online review portals. (Yelp – includes paid ads and profile management, Google including profile management, BBB, Shopper Approved, Trust Pilot, etc.)
Company Blog:
Manage outsource blog writer and content schedule. Review and approve articles and image selection for bimonthlyblog posts. (Blog uses Wordpress)
Social Media:
Manage outsourced digital marketing consultant, review and approve posts and strategy. Manage and expedite social media ad campaigns.
Email Campaigns
Manage outsourced digital marketing consultant and collaborate on email campaigns and strategy.
 

Experience:
 2-5 years graphic design for web and print
 Understanding of web technology and development and search engine optimization
Skills:
 Expert with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
 Hootsuite Social Media scheduling platform, experience with social media in a business setting (Facebook, G+, Instagram, Linked-in, You Tube, Pinterest)
 Campaign Monitor (preferred) but understanding of email marketing software
 HTML; CSS knowledge helpful
 Understanding of Google Analytics helpful
 Experience with DocuSign helpful
 Wordpress
 MS Word & Excel
 Excellent written and communication skills a must
