Job Description

Previous Financial Services experience required

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination, execution, and completion of specific marketing tasks and projects, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and stakeholder objectives, all while staying within the agreed upon scope and timeline of their programs. In doing so, the Project Manager will be required to leverage the various Central Marketing Services functional areas and work with external resources to execute their marketing programs including, but not limited to, recurring document production, collateral development, advertising, and email marketing. The project manager must have an in-depth knowledge of the asset management industry with an understanding of both institutional and financial advisor audiences.

Specific responsibilities include:
· Coordinating the recurring document production cycle for the Creative team to support servicing materials
· Managing the creation and distribution of collateral for both institutional and financial advisor sales channels from briefing through implementation
· Providing support to the Marketing Manager in collection of analytics and feedback across multiple activities and marketing channels for analysis and reporting
· Learning and utilizing proprietary systems to manage document production in addition to project management software to prioritize and track workflow

Qualifications and General Skills Requirements include:
· Deep knowledge of the financial services industry
· Track record of creating and executing marketing strategies that drive results
· Experience in managing end-to-end marketing projects using the creative process from project scope and objective setting, brief and program development through production and distribution
· Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the proven ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously with multiple audiences and against deadlines
· Outstanding interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work across different group, personalities and experience levels
· Superior communication skills, including writing, editing, and verbal capabilities
· Pragmatic sense of business acumen, problem solving abilities, creativity, and sense of "getting things done"

· Bachelors Degree required Qualifications
