As a Retail Project Manager/Creative Producer for the client's online store, you will provide strategic and executional leadership across consumer marketing as an integral member of the Retail Marketing - store team. You will help lead, develop and execute marketing communication plans ensuring creative objectives are well defined and appropriately executed to achieve desired results. Your key responsibilities include overseeing and execution of program initiatives from inception to completion in the areas of content development for web pages, seasonal campaigns, emails, banners. You will also work collaboratively with cross functional teams in areas of communications strategy, messaging integration across outputs, ensuring everyone is kept up to date on all key deliverables.
-Shepherd projects through the ideation, design development and execution process by coordinating the Merchandising team, Interactive Design team, Creative team, UX and engineering.
-Partner with each Creative Producer team to plan and project quarterly budgets and ensure funding and spend are on track to meet budget expectations, flagging any over/under spend trends to upper management.
-Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
-Proactively identify risks, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely manner.
Top 3 daily responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with category and delivery managers to plan projects, define milestones, assign resources, assess risks, and help projects meet business objectives, deadlines and budget requirements.
2. Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, asset management, etc., and implement or drive required changes to make sure team is working at optimum efficiency.
3. Liase with the UX, Eng and Retail Operations team and establish on-going improvement and maintenance plan for site features.
Bachelors degree is required, no specific field required
8+ years of experience in creative agency or in-house creative team in a similar function
Go-getter, self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate constraints and risks, while providing solutions simultaneously
Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, and techy work environment, in often uncertain and ambiguous circumstances
