The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the coordination and management of market research, marketing collateral, website and social media management, direct mail, branding, public relations, tradeshow management, and database management. This key role requires strong planning and organization skills, high attention to detail, ability to work independently, and proven track record of successfully prioritizing and juggling tasks in a busy, high pressured environment.

? Measure and report on effectiveness of marketing campaign functions as it relates to sales prospects and pipeline building
? Coordinate all aspects of email and direct mail campaigns including list distribution, content, testing and deployment
? Track and maintain marketing supplies and materials. Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional items
? Create and distribute content for website, email campaigns, and public relations pieces and publication placement
? Provide creative and business writing/editing for other departments as needed.
? Articulate marketing needs to agency partners, consultants, suppliers, exhibit companies, and guide these partners to achieve communication and marketing objectives
? Maintain company?s website, manage web design tasks through third party specialists and enhance visibility through SEO
? Create, monitor, and manage social media presence
? Identify, plan, execute and manage all aspects of special events, sponsorships, and trade shows
? Assist with the design, writing, and oversight of and coordinate the production of printed promotional materials including brochures, flyers, mailers, press kits and media guides
? Manage marketing opportunities associated with sponsorships (newsletter ads, articles, speaking opps, etc.).
? Perform regular competitive analysis for competitive positioning and report findings to the VP, Business Development
? Track marketing budget and ROI
