Creative Manager/ Designer

The Creative Manager will play an integral role in helping to grow various areas of our

business. Strategically working with internal media buying and Business Development

Teams on how they engage performance based marketing clients across multiple digital

channels, this role requires applying consumer insight, brand knowledge and channel

knowledge to build digital experiences that deliver consumer value and commercial

success. The department supports a team of global sales managers who are looking to

improve campaigns for a roster of top tier clients.

Role and Responsibilities

Successful candidates have proven skills and can quantify success with digital

platforms within a professional services environment. A premium will be put on the

ability to utilize creative thinking and individual initiative, including the following:

* Lead or Support the strategic thinking on core digital projects including website builds,

consumer product builds and other client and campaign digital initiatives

* Act as a strategic advisor/consultant on integrated campaigns that have a significant

digital requirement.

* Provide perspective on media and channel strategy to enhance media plans or buys.

* Author points of view, white papers and presentations

* Work closely with vendors and internal teams to bring core digital apps to life

* Understand and work within internal project processes to ensure projects are

completed to agency standards

* Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for

adoption where appropriate

* Continuously researches within the industry to seek opportunity, potential business or

generate creativity

Skills and Qualifications

* 5+ year’s relevant experience in a digital marketing role ideally with a performance

based agency.

* A thought leader in concepts and implementation of social media management and


* Expertise in program measurement and analysis

* Have experience as a trusted advisor for multiple clients across a variety of industries

* Have a strong and established network of developers

* Have built excellent relationships with media partners and agency partners

* Proven work experience in Digital Marketing

* Experience setting up and optimizing campaigns

* Knowledge of HTML, CSS and javascript development

* Strong analytical skills, data driven

* Up to date with latest industry trends

* Able to effectively communicate with client and internal teams

* Experience leading/managing marketing database, email, social media and media


* Energetic, cooperative and pleasant personality. Quality-oriented and highly

committed, and able to work effectively with a diverse group of team members
