Are you a Creative Manager who loves leading the creation of engaging, on-brand digital, video and print marketing and collateral?

Our client in West Palm beach is looking for a hand on Creative Manager that not only will be leading teams, but will also be a hands on Creative Manager.

You will be the owner of the website - Managing the team and actings as back-up as needed
You will be driving the visual brand and ensure branding consistency across company.
You will also help drive the content marketing - focus on SEO and Video to drive organic traffic.

The Creative Manager collaborates with internal product stakeholders and brand strategy staff to determine creative strategy and leads the creative team to execute all needed marketing support. This is a hands-on leadership position. The Creative Manager manages the company’s websites and e-commerce, developing content strategy for maximum exposure as well as advancing and enforcing brand guidelines. He or she uses data to drive informed marketing decisions and continuous improvement.

Individual must have a strong user understanding and demonstrated expertise in web content, usability, architecture, development and design. Strong emphasis on SEO and video marketing.

• Provide innovative, creative leadership and out-of-the-box thinking to build out compelling marketing content campaigns for multi-channel platforms to drive positive business growth
• Manage company websites and own their creative design as well as site architecture, page design, interface strategies, usability, SEO/SEM and browser/device compatibility
• Manage the brand story and design throughout the company and reinforce brand identity in site design and collateral
• Supervise creative team (includes designer, copywriter and marketing coordinator for trade shows and social media) including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Use sales, web traffic, and lead generation data to make results-oriented decisions
• Work with brand strategy managers to provide creative direction for email campaigns, social media, videos, trade shows, collateral and other materials to reflect brand guidelines, marketing strategy and communications goals
• Lead video, audio and animation projects, streaming video and other electronic media
• Continually improve user-centered site design and written, video, photo, and web content as evidenced by session length, pages views, engagement and conversion for lead creation and revenue growth
• Own all marketing technology and relationships with vendors
• Adhere to deadlines while working on multiple, diverse projects
• Stay informed on the latest thinking in industry trends, styles and user experience

Technical skills and experience:
• Expert skill level in CSS
• Proficient in HTML and JavaScript
• Expert skill level in Wordpress
• Understanding of e-commerce and lead generation best practice
• Expert skill level in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver
• Understanding of marketing automation software
• Experience creating responsive design email templates
• Proficient in Google Analytics
• Knowledge of PHP, Magento, and Marketo preferred

• College degree in design, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of web and content marketing experience, plus 2 years’ management experience
• Demonstrated design excellence in digital and print portfolio
• Successfully created and implemented video and internet content marketing strategies in previous position
• Creative thinker with excellent leadership skills who can be both innovative while execution oriented
• Ability to communicate with non-technical team members to explain ideas and road-blocks in a way that allows the team make informed decisions
• Strong verbal, editing, and written communication skills
