Be an integral part of a team working with a leading drinks retailer and help bring to life a world of discovery, passion and enjoyment for their customers.

As a leader you will provide creative and compelling digital design solutions and grow, develop and mentor a high performance team.

As part of the role you will:
• Think laterally and creatively to produce new ideas and concepts – lead by example
• Encourage and inspire innovative & integrated conceptual thinking
• Use innovation to redefine a comms brief within the constraints of cost and time
• Design across all digital touchpoints – ability to deliver all work to high standards
• Lead, manage and develop a high performance digital team
• Maintain a collaborative environment with copywriters, photographer, production personnel and digital team
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media

You will have the following experience:
• Tertiary Degree in Design or equivalent
• 8-10 years Design experience in both digital & print
• Creative team management
• Advanced HTML5 and CSS3 skills
• Thorough working knowledge of ESP’s
• Digital e-comm experience highly regarded
• Wine/alcohol knowledge or experience and compliance requirements highly regarded
