Creative Lead

As the Creative Lead/Sr. Designer for our travel and leisure client, you'll be responsible for brand oversight and the development and creation of creative assets, including print, web, advertising and collateral.

Responsibilities
• Produce, coordinate, supervise, and monitor the development of a wide variety of marketing and
communication materials (printed, digital, and web-based) for our brands.
• Lead stewardship for graphic standards and brand integrity, including developing and managing brand
identities across print and digital mediums, managing archives for assets and overseeing projects to ensure
all projects meet brand guidelines.
• Follow creative direction and create cohesive graphic stories implemented across multiple mediums, from
direct mail to print ads, flyers, HTML emails, web display assets, landing pages and much more.
• Present creative ideas to stakeholders and internal management.
• Help lead effective project management processes across a fast-paced work flow with the marketing team,
including working in tandem with the Production Artist, evoking creative thinking from team members,
evaluating lessons learned, implementing best practices, ensuring key deliverables are on time, etc.
