Our client is looking for an ideas based creative director who can work with strategist to hone and develop idea based brief before delivering into the creative studio design team.
Will be completely in your element working with a strategy team to define the big idea, honing it to be a very pitchable and creating engaging narratives that win the business.
This is less about the hands on more about doing good creative thinking around a brand and its comms strategy.
You will be passionate about working with some of the best minds in the business and ensuring that you have over delivered on what a client will be looking for. You will have an excellent understanding of brands and how to taken them on a journey that is new and innovative to them.
A leading player in its field who has recently grown in size and is hugely successful in winning and retaining work. A global business with an enviable client list this role is based in London focused on the UK business which is spread 50/50 between household name consumer focused clients and billion $ b2b clients.
They have the capacity to produce great looking creative work further down the process and your role will be to hone the idea development to create an outstanding creative proposition from idea>production.
You will be looking to inspire, motivate the teams around you have excellent influencing skills as well as impeccable verbal and written communications for presentation at the client as well as internally to engage the team around you.
