The Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.

Job Duties: Fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Job Qualifications: Extensive software skills in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook; strong internet research abilities, and strong communications skills. Ideally candidate will have 1-2 years of administrative experience
