Creative Director (Digital)

We are need of an experienced Creative Marketing professional who can effectively lead overall creative efforts in collaboration with the creative teams for advertising through external media across print, video, digital and mobile channels. Must be proficient in strategic planning and vision in working with internal team resources and external agency partners. 

This role is part of the Creative Communications team focused specifically on new and exciting lighthouse brand work and investor facing advertising. The role will be focused on expanding high-level concepts to executional details for both internal and external channels. The role requires passion for the creative process and an ability to extend high level ideas into channel specific tactics. 

• Drive greater engagement with audiences, and thus drive business results, through amazing visual storytelling. 
• Ensure all creative concepts, development and implementation aligns to the broader creative platform unique to the company
• Partner with media planning to ensure that all media types align with the broader creative platform 
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure all customer touch-points embrace and reflect the essence of the creative platform and support strategic business goals. 
• Stay current on leading edge developments and influence innovation/capabilities in the organization; ability to respond quickly and determine design solutions that solve for business objectives. 
• Provide feedback throughout the creative process, keeping stakeholders informed of progress. 

Requirements: 
• A minimum of 7 years of design experience with strong aesthetic sensibilities 
• BA in Art /Graphic design or equivalent 
• Strong understanding of UX, content strategy and owned & earned media 
• Demonstrate initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions 
• Ability to influence senior business leaders on strategic business matters 
• Effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders; experience leading cross functional teams and external agencies 
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of technical design programs and ability to apply it to work assignments
