We are looking for a Wizard. A uber talented, benevolent Wizard to work magic. Vitamin T needs a skilled Creative Director with a portfolio that puts others to shame. W2 Complaint. MUST BE Onsite in Detroit. The Wiz will need top-shelf agency experience or a corporate background that is senior level.

What you will oversee:

The Wiz will be responsible for all creative outputs including, but not limited to, brand marketing pieces (web design, email, digital ads, etc.), consumer product design, and design for

What you’ll do:

 Directing the creative function so that the environment, culture, team, capabilities,

tools, processes, expectations, work style and other elements support the strategic

goals and brand

 Ensuring that our creative product remains leading edge and ahead of our competition

 Ensuring that our high quality of creative and production is upheld, maintaining

consistently high standards for all creative teams including Brand Design, Consumer

Product Design

 Listening, asking, hearing, prioritizing and translating client situation, marketing goals

and information into strategic brand concepts and industry leading product designs.

What you’ll need:

 5+ years as a Creative Director, Art Director or comparable role

 Superior leadership and collaboration skills

 Superior problem solving and decision-making skills

 Strong understanding of advertising and marketing design principles for all media forms:

TV/Radio, Web and Social Media, Online and Offline advertising, etc.

 Required tools and technologies: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

 Leadership: This position is a leadership role (i.e. they have team members reporting to
