Creative Director

Creative Manager is responsible for leading conceptualization and design of advertising solutions from concept to completion. He/she will work with a team of designers and developers to create mockups and live creative products for advertising clients. This position reports to the VP, Creative Directly works with our clients

Skills: Creative Direction; Cross-Platform (Digital, Print and Cable); UI/UX; DFP; Ad Tracking Knowledge; Concepting/Brainstorming, Experienced with Fortune 500 Clients, Product Development, Interactive Design;

Responsibilities:
Senior position with previous creative people management experience. Acts as a supervisor and mentor to creative team and helps drive growth and development.
Has expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of ad tracking (1x1, Click Tracker, Click-thru Rate, Survey, Verification, etc).
Drive innovation of our products by keeping up-to-date with industry standards, market technology, competitors products, etc.
Manages creative resources
Understanding of development technologies and languages (HTML, CSS) and cross-platform knowledge (web, mobile web and apps, cable).
Publisher and Ad Server (DFP) knowledge is beneficial.
Attends weekly creative meetings and daily morning stand ups.
Consistently maintain quality of creatives, products, and specs for our creative products.
Integrate with internal Product teams to develop and innovate new and existing ad products and creatives. Keep up-to-date on our product development updates.
Manages recruiting and screening for new designers, freelancers, and team members.

Bachelors Degree in Art, Advertising, Design or related field. 7-10 Years of relevant experience. Management experience required.
