Our client is looking for a Creative Director who is a direct marketing expert, able to flex your skills across channels? A true communications expert with the ability to connect with the customer? Do you put the same level of thought, strategy and attention to detail when working on a single communication as you would a major conceptual campaign? And, are you an enthusiastic leader that inspires and connects with your teams? Did you just say “yes” four times? We need you!

We're looking for an outstanding Creative Director to help manage on and off-site talent. In this role, you will need to drive both direct mail and online creative strategy for customer management.

Whether you're client-side with a great Fortune 500 in-house agency and looking for a new challenge, or agency-side and tired of burning the candle at both ends, we’d love to hear from you.


Your Work:
• Experience with corporate website marketing
• Experience with B2C marketing
• Know a good headline and call to action
• Instinctively identify and apply compelling imagery
• Consistently deliver quality work on time
• Produce great work that inspires the customer, the client and the creative team alike.

Your Skills:
• Strong integrated thinking skills
• Organized, composed and present well to senior executive audiences
• Able to partner and collaborate with Brand Strategists and Internal Business Clients effectively
• Positive outlook and attitude—you naturally build up the people around you
• Enjoy helping mentor and lead talented teams
• Happy learning and effectively navigating complex client organizations and processes
• Lead and influence in a matrixed team environment
• Able to overcome adversity and obstacles
• Able to clearly communicate up and down to make sure everyone is well informed on
• You are a true creative problem solver
• Math does not scare you


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years experience leading creative teams
• 5+ years direct response experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree—preferably in Advertising, Design, English, Communications, or similar discipline
• 7+ years experience as a Creative Director
• 7+ years direct response experience
• 3+ years Financial industry experience
