One of our leading corporate clients has an immediate need for a classically trained Creative Director with experience from a top agency. Strong leadership skills and personal presence are critical for position. Our client really needs an individual who can lead the team in breaking out of the rut they're in and bringing them to a whole new creative level. Proven technical skills and a strong conceptual mind is a must. Must be resourceful and versatile. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment, the ideal candidate needs to have the ability to cope well under pressure and adapt to changes as they arise. Position reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing Communications and has 2 design direct reports.

The Creative Director will work with the Marketing team to design and produce brand-compliant materials across all forms of media that support the attainment of business goals and meet marketing communication objectives. Lead creative team and manage creative resources to successfully support delivery of all necessary materials. Oversee brand activation and champion brand standards and compliance.

• Responsible for all visual aspects of brand expression
• Oversee project management of all creative projects
• Design high-profile projects and systems
• Manage creative resources including in-house designers, contractors, freelancers, agencies, printers
• Interface with corporate marketing team and global marketing representatives to ensure brand compliance
• Ensure creative work deadlines are met by working in close collaboration with marketing managers, executives, internal project manages, vendors
• Collaborate with marketing managers and procurement to optimize spend
• Rationalize creative activities to
- Identify best practices, to improve overall quality and eliminate duplication of resources
- Promote alignment with corporate standards
• Develop and coordinate activation of creative plan
• Coordination of creative-related training
• Support global branding and marketing initiatives

• College degree in design and 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Portfolio of award-winning work
• Demonstration of ongoing education in the design field

• Track record of managing and designing creative pieces that achieve business results
• Excellent personal interaction skills
• Can-do attitude, self-driven, proactive, and dynamic
• Can act independently and exercise keen judgment
• Experience in managing multiple people, projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to interact effectively with senior management across the business enterprise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
