A B2B SaaS startup experiencing hypergrowth is in search of a hands-on Creative Director to lead the design team. The ideal candidate has the chops to make a B2B company's marketing look like a that of a top tier consumer brand like Airbnb.
- Lead the concepting and execution of all creative for marketing teams, including video, print, digital, OOH, events, direct response, branding and multi-media campaigns.
- Manage the Sr. Designer and build a growth plan for the Creative team to support new and ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Create illustrations and iconography.
- Partner with the entire marketing team (the internal client) on demand generation, account-based marketing, direct mail, and brand awareness campaigns. Approx. 30% branding and 70% revenue-driving activities.
- Must have lead creative teams. At least 1 year, ideally at least 2-4 years.
- Must have experience on a consumer brand, with a bold and unique design eye and style.
- Must have a portfolio that showcases a wide variety of work, good media mix (videos tend to be long form for web, not broadcast TV, such as explainer videos, culture videos, event videos, sizzle reels, etc).
- Must have experience working on complex products, something technical that needed to be translated in an easy to understand way to the audience.
- Ideally has illustration/iconography skills.
