Our Client: 

Our client is a global tech company with an EMEA HQ in Amsterdam. Currently, our client is significantly building out their internal creative team in order to eventually develop a full service agency in-house. 

The Role: 

Our client are currently looking for a Creative Director who will be able to build and lead a team of creatives to deliver on the high level brand strategy side of things, all the way through to creative concepts and digital performance marketing assets. 

The creative output is as important as the nurturing and inspiring of a young and fast growing team of creatives across different disciplines. 


Key requirements: 

- Must have 10+ years of agency and / or in-house experience 
- Background needs to be Art Direction or Design, not copywriter 
- Experience across broad range of disciplines is required, ideally including digital, product-based design, interactive innovation as well as some traditional, 360 campaign / advertising. 
- Experience leading a team of creatives is a hard requirement - this person needs to not only deliver on the work, but also really foster and develop a diverse team of people 
- Needs to be a buttoned down type of creative who has a certain business accumen. good communication and strategic capabilities 
- Entrepreneurial attitude and Hands-on mentality required, and ability to work in fast paced, demanding environment 
- Some international experience (multi territory) is a big plus 
- Some food experience is a plus, but not mandatory
