An exciting startup in CPGs and beauty is looking for a Creative Director to join its team on a full-time permanent basis. Recent experience with digital platforms like Snapchat and Instagram is a must-have.
- Working on 3 brands, all millennial focused.
- Responsible for product line extensions that need to be rolling out on a schedule of every 3 months. Brand will develop over that time.
- Oversee a very packed campaign schedule (sales, activations) - CD must initiate and brief various teams, make sure all items are executed in a polished way.
- Hire a team of 4-6 designers.
- Strategic planning for upcoming campaigns, define objectives and what needs to be achieved.
- Feedback, reviews and critiques of designs and messaging.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Knowledge of brand architecture, branding, how to reshape a brand.
- Experience with similar brands and demographic (heavily digital/social).
- At least 3 years of experience as a CD.
- Familiarity with Snapchat and Instagram stories and videos
- Experience with 360 omnichannel campaigns, including paid ad platforms, social media, influencer marketing, owned media channels and events, and other broadcasting channels.
- Must have recent and deep experience in digital--e.g. EDMs (Facebook, emails)
