Our branding team within a division of Human Center Design is seeking a talented, passionate Creative Producer to join our growing group. This role is a business client partner and creative project manager, as well as a creative contributor. You will help drive the development for new and existing brands by planning, organizing and executing large scale campaigns with a broad array of deliverables. 

Creative Producers utilize their skills to assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs with the development of creative content. Cross-team coordination, project management, and executive communication skills are essential. 

Because the scope of this position extends across multiple global brands, the ability to balance high-level, holistic reason with detail-oriented planning is imperative. You must be a critical thinker with a good design sense, have a strong background in the design industry, and an instinct for making things simple. You will lead designers, writers, product management, and marketing and our UX teams to bring new brands to life, and breathe new life into existing brands. 

• Lead the production of world-class designs that support and reinforce the brand’s vision, brand, and business objectives across all touch-points (print, packaging, out-of-home, digital, etc.) 
• Manage multiple parallel brand programs comprised of multiple creative disciplines. This includes owning roadmaps, estimates, program updates, risks and change management. 
• Onboard and work with 3rd parties, to create designs that successfully exemplify the brand promise 
required skills 

• 5+ years of experience as a producer, project manager, or similar role 
• A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating the depth and complexity of the creative projects you've managed, demonstrating ability to produce strong visual designs and branding experience across a range of brands and touch-points including: print, packaging, environmental, and digital 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Fluent in English with a proven track record of presenting to and influencing management 
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines 
• Ability to work gracefully and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment 
• Understanding of brand and visual system development 
• Ability to work with technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
• Exceptional attention to detail 
• Experience with productivity tools, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project etc. 
• Familiarity with in a variety of design tools such as Sketch, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. 
• Experience working in a start-up style environment, where rapid iteration is encouraged 
• Bachelor's degree in design or related field required 
preferred skills 

• Experience with SIM and how used for design teams. 
• Experience producing global brands 
• Experience producing new brands from scratch 
• Experience producing photo and video shoots 
• Strong understanding of the principles of design, typography, composition, photography and color for print. 
• Knowledge of printing process, materials and proofing methods
