Creative Director

My client, a leading and global branding agency, are looking for a Creative Director to lead clients, inspire teams to create the best work of their lives and set the agencies creative course.

You will be expected to lead multiple large, complex projects and be a role model for interdisciplinary teams, as well as taking responsibility for the creative excellence of all work submitted.

You will be an inspiring authority for all clients as well as being the face of the agency both internally and externally. You must be able to build strong, lasting relationships always looking for new opportunities with global clients.

You must be an excellent public speaker, able to talk at large events and influence the creative network in London. You must be a strategic thinker who lives and breathes design and can solve business problems for your clients effectively.

You must be able to think “big”, coming up with creative concepts that can be understood clearly and delivered in the real world.

You should have ambition, drive, energy and optimism, inspiring others to do their best work. You must be collaborative and have high expectations of yourself and those teams around you.

This is a lynch pin role for the agency and you must be clear and committed to their message. Design and Branding experience preferred over Advertising.

You should also be highly proficient in:
• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
A bonus if you’re strong in one or more of the following areas:
• At least one prototyping program (sketch, in vision etc)
• Front end design & development: CSS, HTML, Javascript, Processing
• User experience: process flow, wire-framing
• Motion: After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro, Final Cut
