We are seeking an exceptional ideas-driven creative to lead the creative output of the NY based agency delivering exceptional creative solutions for our clients. Working with a strategically focussed team, you will be the creative inspiration that successfully sparks the strategic thinking into creative execution. Ideally experienced on working with blue chip brands across mobile, tablet and desktop, in both advertising and product development (application).

New Business
• Leading creative idea generation as part of the pitch response process
• Creating, approving and guiding others to create campaign and product creative solutions, visual mock-ups to support proposals and clearly demonstrate concepts to clients
• Keeping on the lookout for new business opportunities for the agency – relaying these back to the Client Services team

Client Projects
• Leading the creative engagement with clients – communicating, inspiring, challenging
• Inspiring creative routes and concepts to present to clients
• Owning creative project scoping and definition phase to ensure projects exceed client expectations, on time and on budget
• Contributing and sense checking the project planning process – estimating time against requirements where requested
• Taking onboard feedback and ensuring solutions are turned around to meet client needs as well as guiding junior members to do so
• Developing impeccable digital designs, UX/ UI and campaign executions which delight the client and are at the required specification to be passed on to the technical team. An eye for detail and exceptional layout skills are essential.
• Being our clients’ brand ambassador for our creative output
• Working closely with the project and technical delivery team to ensure that designs are correctly executed across all platforms

Internal
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a clear creative positioning for the agency
• Drive the creative process the company
• Developing creative solutions for the agency website
• Contributing ideas to drive innovation and IP

PERSON PROFILE

Personality: You will be excited about all things digital, across mobile, tablet, desktop and out of home - Pro-active and able to self-manage, take initiative and multitask
• Highly organized and able to work independently and part of a tight team
• An leader who is able to inspire passion and drive for creative output
• Able to deliver to tight deadlines

You should also be passionate about all sorts of things: the internet, design, typography, art, architecture, film titles, music; you love to draw analogy with other creative disciplines and impress your peers with your understanding of the latest technology.

Specific Job Skills:
- Core hands on skills needed are: Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Powerpoint, Word. An appreciation of HTML and CSS capabilities across different platforms is essential. An excellent understanding of user experience and architecture. Previous experience of leading creative teams and projects.

Literacy and Numeracy:
- Must be a very competent writer of clear business communication to ensure all stakeholders fully understand all the elements of the creative process.
