Creative Director for temp-to-perm role. Onsite in metro Detroit area. Must be W2 compliant.

The Creative Director will manage and lead the Creative Team, ensuring short and long-term needs are delivered on time and as requested. The creative Director will champion the visual expression, copywriting and brand voice. Must inspire the team to innovate creatively within the brand guidelines. Will be responsible for overseeing the design vision and templates for all literature, advertising, digital communications and corporate communications. Manage workflow to improve team communications, transparency, efficiency and production of projects from creative concepts through deployment. Responsible for the quality of work produced by the writers and designers. Work with business partners to set clear expectations regarding job specifications, requirements and deadlines. Provide team management including team meetings, training and staff development. Manage and collaborate with external agency/vendor partners, including advertising agencies, design firms, photographers, video producers and toll providers.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree required and advanced design education or related experience;


• Minimum 10 years corporate creative, agency or firm experience in executing graphic design, editorial and/or digital marketing projects;


• Knowledge of development and design process for print, video and digital programs and ability to reinforce copy/content best practices;


• Strong, hands-on management and collaboration skills;


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in rapidly changing environment;


• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
